Retail and institutional investors in small-caps live on YouTube interview shows, resource podcasts, sector newsletters, X, and forums like CEO.CA, Stockhouse and AGORACOM. Investor Media & Appearances puts your CEO or spokesperson on those channels — booked, briefed, filmed, disclosed and syndicated — priced by reach so you can start small and scale with your news flow.
One vetted appearance on a targeted micro/mid investor channel — your fastest, cheapest way onto investor media.

The bigger the audience, the more it pays to have your spokesperson ready. Coaching scales with the package:
| Package | Spokesperson prep included |
|---|---|
| Media Spotlight Micro | Media presence review only — a written assessment of how your spokesperson comes across on camera, with likely questions and quick-fix pointers. No live coaching. |
| Media Circuit Mid | Live media coaching & prep — a mock-interview session with on-camera delivery notes and message drilling before the run of appearances. |
| Media Marquee Large | Full media-coaching program — multiple live sessions and on-camera mock interviews, message discipline drilled for every spokesperson ahead of the flagship feature. |
Need coaching without booking appearances? A standalone media-presence review or coaching session can be added to any plan — ask us.
We keep a vetted, quarterly-refreshed database of investor-media channels with live rate cards. You pay a fixed Foundry service fee (selection, booking, spokesperson prep, the required paid-sponsorship disclosure, filming coordination, clip repurposing, syndication to your own channels, and reporting) plus the channel's media cost invoiced at our actual cost — never marked up — with a transparent booking fee.
| Reach tier | Audience | Typical media cost / appearance | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Micro | under 50k | C$500–C$2,500 | Targeted, budget-friendly first appearances |
| Mid | 50k – 250k | C$2,500–C$12,000 | Established shows with loyal retail followings |
| Large | 250k+ | C$10,000–C$45,000 | Marquee reach + syndication around a big catalyst |
Media costs are indicative ranges for the small-cap resource & tech market, confirmed with each channel at booking. You approve every channel and every cost before we book anything.
We only book channels that disclose the paid nature of the appearance and accept cash — never stock or warrants. Channels with a history of undisclosed promotion are on our do-not-book list. Here's a representative slice; the full live rate card is matched to your sector and budget.

Inclusion here is not endorsement of any channel's views, and channel selection is always matched to your sector, jurisdiction and goals. Editorial coverage that a channel offers for free is never something we pay for or represent as sponsored.
Why this matters: investor-media pricing is deliberately opaque — most platforms quote only "on request," and there is no public, consolidated rate card anywhere in the market. The going rates that do surface mostly come out of issuers' own mandated disclosures (e.g. a CAD $99,000 six-month newsletter campaign; a US$6,000/month interview retainer). Foundry maintains its own vetted, quarterly-refreshed rate card so you negotiate from data instead of from a blank quote.
Paid stock promotion that hides its sponsorship is illegal and reputationally toxic. We do the opposite, by design:
The media buy is a pass-through you'd pay anyway. Our fee buys the work that makes it land — and it's the same senior-directed, AI-produced engine behind every Foundry deliverable:
Not sure where your CEO belongs? The free Investor Visibility Audit includes a channel-fit shortlist. Or add Investor Media & Appearances to any plan — Development and Production clients get priority booking and a standing appearance calendar.
Foundry IR arranges and pays for disclosed sponsored appearances on behalf of issuer clients for cash fees. We are not a broker-dealer or adviser; appearances are corporate communication, not investment advice or an offer to buy or sell securities. Any securities offering is made only by the issuer through its registered dealer. See Disclosure and Financial Warnings.
