Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-07-06. This policy covers this website and our services, for visitors and client personnel in Canada and the United States.

1. What we collect

  • Form submissions — name, work email, company, ticker, role, and anything you write in free-text fields, when you request an audit or contact us.
  • Service data — information clients provide during engagements (contact lists, corporate information, materials).
  • Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

2. How we use it

To deliver what you asked for (audits, responses, services), to operate and secure the site, and to meet legal and exchange-disclosure obligations. We do not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or add you to marketing lists you didn't request. Audit requests are used to produce and deliver the audit and reasonable follow-up about it — nothing else.

3. Sharing

Only with: service providers who process data for us under confidentiality (hosting, email delivery); professional advisers; regulators or exchanges where disclosure is legally required; and a successor in a business transfer. Subcontracted IR professionals working on your engagement see only what that engagement requires.

4. Cross-border handling

We operate from the United States; data is stored on servers we control in the U.S./EU. For Canadian individuals, we handle personal information consistently with PIPEDA's ten fair-information principles; by submitting information you consent to processing outside Canada, where it is subject to local law.

5. Retention & security

Form submissions are kept while relevant to a request or relationship and deleted on request. Engagement records are kept as long as law and exchange policy require. Data is transport-encrypted (TLS), stored on access-controlled systems, and never placed in public repositories.

6. Your rights

Ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (subject to legal retention duties). Canadian residents may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada; we'd appreciate the chance to fix it first. Submit requests via the contact form.

7. Cookies

This site works without cookies. If we add first-party analytics, this policy and a notice will say so first.
