Contract terms

Every retainer tier has a 30-day minimum, then runs month to month. Cancel any time after the first 30 days; nothing bills after the month you cancel in. If we delivered nothing to you in the first 30 days and no one signed in to your client dashboard, we refund those 30 days in full (terms, section 8). Prepaying three months saves 10%. The Standalone Press Release is exempt — it isn't a subscription at all: US$799 buys one release (prepared, run through a basic compliance check, sent on a regulatory newswire, and posted to your social channels — up to 400 words, North American circuit), charged once, pay as you go. Extra words, images or regions are billed at the wire's own cost and quoted before you approve; paid financial-media amplification is an optional add-on. Nothing below applies to it.

Review & kickoff

Confirm your plan and continue to Stripe to start the engagement. Your card is charged for the first period on checkout; the engagement letter with this exact scope and total follows within one business day, and the kickoff call is booked inside two.

After checkout, you'll be asked to accept our Terms of Service — including a binding arbitration agreement (Nashville, TN or virtual) and a class-action waiver — in your client Studio at first login. Agreeing to those Terms is what starts the engagement; a countersigned engagement letter with your exact scope follows within one business day.
