Standard is a 6-month initial term (12 for Enterprise) with 45 days' cancellation notice. Prepay the term and save 10%. Need no commitment? Month-to-month carries a 15% premium.

TSXV Policy 3.4 / Form 3C check. Our compensation is cash fees only, never tied to share price or trading volume. An optional incentive-option grant capped at ≤2% is permitted. If you are a TSX Venture issuer, the engagement must be disclosed by news release and filed on Form 3C — we prepare both and file with you.

Confirm your plan and continue to Stripe to start the engagement. Your card is charged for the first period on checkout; the engagement letter with this exact scope and total follows within one business day, and the kickoff call is booked inside two.
